Terms:

911Lights.com reserves the right to cancel any order placed on our website, by phone, or by any other means.

By placing an order you certify that you are authorized to purchase and/or use all items in your order.

The customer is solely responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws concerning the purchase and/or use or any items ordered.

Prices subject to change without notice.

Returns:

Except for items listed below, returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date. Unopened items are subject to a 20% restocking fee minus shipping charges. Open box returns are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee. Restocking fees are assessed on retail pricing, excluding any promotional offers. If actually shipping charges exceed the amount paid by the customer, the higher amount may be deducted from the refund.

All returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging including all accessories and instructions. Any items showing wear, damage, or signs of installation (including scratches and cut or stripped wires) cannot be returned.

Please contact us by email, and you will receive instructions on shipping the item back to us and a Return Authorization (RMA) number.

When returning an item it must be shipped prepaid via a reliable common carrier (UPS, FEDEX, or USPS) and be trackable and fully insured. Refunds will not be issued for items damage on the return shipment.

Items returned without an RMA number or in non-salable condition may not be accepted or may be subject to an additional restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of any not accepted items within 15 days.

If an item is received damaged please Contact Us immediately to receive instructions.

Non-Returnable Items:
Special Order/Custom Order Items (Including Exterior and Interior Lightbars/ Light Sticks)
Special Order Colors (Red/Amber, Blue/Amber, or any light containing Green or Purple)
Preemption Devices
Clearance/Closeout Items
Replacement Parts (Including Brackets, Bulbs, and Cables)
Food and Water (Per Health Department Regulations)

Beyond 30 days, returns are subject only to the warranty offered by the manufacturer where applicable.

 

Cancellations:

Requests to cancel orders must be submitted via email to Sales@911Lights.com from the same email address that placed the order. Order may not be able to be canceled and may be subject to restocking fees.  

Warranty:

All products are subject only to the warranty offered by the manufacturer where applicable. 911Lights.com offers no warranty explicit or implied on any products sold. Please retain a copy of your purchase receipt as this may be necessary when requesting warranty service.

Payment:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express by phone and via our website, as well as PayPal and Google Checkout.

All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed or within the terms specified. Once payment becomes overdue, 3% interest (minimum $50) per month will be applied to the invoice. The customer is also responsible for any fees incurred by 911Lights.com. Any invoice with returned payment will become overdue immediately.

Shipping:

We ship to the US, Canada, and most other countries on request. Domestic shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, Fedex Ground/Home Delivery, or UPS Ground. Overnight shipping may be available upon request for an additional charge. International shipping is by USPS Global Priority or Global Express Mail. Residential shipments may be delivered without a signature at the discretion of the carrier unless shipping with signature confirmation is requested and paid for by the customer at the time of purchase. Special order items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may be shipped by any common or freight carrier at the discretion of the manufacturer.
