larger quantity purchases with special pricing.

Pricing is discounted off of MAP pricing which can be downloaded here

We requires an opening order of at least $1,000.00.

All businesses located in the state of Pennsylvania must have a Pennsylvania Sales Tax Account which can be obtained by completing a PA-100 form located at https://www.pa100.state.pa.us/Registration.htm

Once you have obtained a Pennsylvania Sales Tax Account, please complete a PA REV-1220
