If a product must be returned, contact the Alerte Systems factory by calling 1-800-728-1536 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) before you ship the product. Write the RA Number clearly on the package and return it to:

A packing slip should be included with all shipments listing the sender’s name, address, daytime phone number and description of the defect.

EVP Products:

Please contact us at customerservice@evp-group.com to recieve an RMA number. EVP will direct you to either return to product to 911Lights or directlty to EVP. Returns without an RMA number will refused.

Properly package up the light and ship it prepaid and insured for the full purchase price.

Please include a note describing the problem along with your Name, Address, and Email Address as well as a copy of your receipt.

If a product must be returned for any reason, please contact STAR/SVP Customer Service to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA #) before you ship the product back. Please write the RGA # clearly on the package near the mailing label.

Do not ship by bus.

A copy of the sales receipt must be returned with the defective unit to qualify for warranty coverage from
date of purchase.

Include a short statement explaining the problem. Include your name, address, and day-time telephone number.

Whelen and its Authorized Repair Centers will via UPS ship back the repaired unit freight prepaid, usually within a few days after its receipt.

It is NOT necessary to call the factory before sending in a return, however you may contact the factory at 1-860-526-9504
